Yakuza 3 has been shown on German Amazon which shows that something is brewing. Plus 1-up said that Yakuza 3 is coming to America in early 2010. But nothing has been said for a while. I hope it comes out.
And Bayonetta isn't putting the fear on anything. It may be a great game though it's bordering more on good. I will applaud the originality, but it's a bit too blatant for my tastes. Plus it has to be running equally on both platforms otherwise you fragment the fanbase.
Companies that make these apps will either want them to be paid for as in buying said app or if they're free, make them so everybody can have it thus increase the value of said program so if it's supported by ads, the ad base will have a bigger consumer base to show said ads too.

Who the hell used Cody or Adon? Why not add characters that people WANT. Give me Urien, Give me Dudley. Why are you using the least used characters of the Street Fighter universe? Publishing rights means everything in the US continent. Square may have IP rights, but Sony has publishing rights in the US so it'll never come onto the US. And what's the point of porting it to the Japanese 360? So it can sell two copies?
Different rights. What may be just one company in the US is multiple in Europe. Plus it has to get rerated by Pegi just like the US has to get their games rerated by the ESRB.

Alan Wake is in no way going to challenge Uncharted 2. Especially when all the BEAUTIFUL and LARGE WORLD screenshots and videos were for the PC version.
